the staff were helpful and friendly, i will give them that.

My room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years. It was really strong. i asked for a different room, but they said they were fully booked, a huge bummer. it definitely impacted my stay in a negative way.

The reception staff at the hotel were always available, someone was always at the front desk, ready to assist. They helped with directions and promptly addressed any questions I had . The check-in process was efficient.

The staff was so kind and helpful at all times! I really appreciated that. My bedroom was comfortable and provided a good space. The hotel provides a location that's really central for accessing main attractions.

The room I was in was somewhat small and it felt a bit cramped. The view from my window was not very exciting, as I mostly saw other buildings. I found that the air conditioning unit made a light that was pretty bright at night, not helpful when I try to sleep.

I appreciated the central location. It was amazing!!! nearby, there was a 7/11 and many restaurants, so i was never short on options. the staff was so friendly and helpful too. i found a laundry room available for use with an easy to use system at a decent price.

the air conditioning unit dripped water on the floor on two separate nights. i found the constant dripping rather annoying and it was quite distracting at times.

the location worked well. it allowed easy access to many restaurants and temples. the pool was nice for lounging. it was always nice i had a restaurant and bar attached.

the room i had was very small. it was awkwardly laid out too. the view from the balcony wasn't great. the air con had a light on it. it was bright as i tried to sleep.
